How much fiber do you consume daily?

People who consume highly refined diets lacking fiber, drink little or no water, and are not active, may experience a slow moving intestinal tract and constipation. One reason why I always try to drink enough fluid. Of course, eating a healthy diet providing the right amount of fiber is ideal.

Question is what to do when you know only being human, you ate pizza and fries for lunch? In times of stress, I can admit to the good intentions when I bought the fruit, and whole grains, but failed to eat them, and for help with those occasional occurrences of constipation, reached for the Res-Q Land 'n' Sea Fiber and mixed it in my glass of favorite beverage. My body will quickly benefit by obtaining the right amount of fiber to restore regularity and eliminate toxins caused by my bad diet. I am glad that I keep it on hand. The health benefits are good, and help me to feel better. Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber helps me with occasional constipation that I experience from time to time due to a poor diet lacking in fiber. Although I try to eat a good diet, there are those days when I did not have time to plan what to eat, and made poor food choices, and honestly know that my diet lacked fiber. Having a supplement like Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber around is very helpful to me during these times.

Fiber is so important that a recent medical paper detailing diabetes care, recommended consuming 14 grams of fiber per day.

Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber helps occasional constipation AND occasional diarrhea

Res-Q Land ‘n’ Sea Fiber contains Psyllium seed husks, the beneficial part of the Psyllium plant. The husk is a good source of natural fiber, soaking up many times its weight in water. The effect of this is natural and easy movements, and healthy elimination, benefiting both occasional diarrhea and occasional constipation.

This is something that not everyone knows. Since pysllium soaks up water, it is very effective for occasional diarrhea AND occasional constipation.

Anyone experiencing chronic or persistent constipation, should consult their physician in case it is a sign or symptom of a bigger problem requiring further diagnosis and further treatment.

Fiber Has Many Health Benefits

Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber should be taken with Res-Q 1250, Res-Q LDL-x2 with Niacin, and Res-Q CellPower for cholesterol wellness and cardiovascular health.

As part of a good health regimen, Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber is formulated to promote colon health and elimination of toxins. A clean colon aids in the absorption of nutrients, thus encouraging proper digestion of nutrients, which in turn increases the efficacy of supplements.

Unlike many other psyllium products found in stores, Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber is all natural and free of additives. The only ingredients are Psyllium seed husks and North Atlantic Sea Kelp, a sea plant rich in minerals.

Psyllium seed husks, derived from the outer coating of the psyllium seed, are a concentrated source of dietary fiber with many health benefits: regularity, colon health, and support of a healthy cardiovascular system.

For complete cholesterol well-being, Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber is intended to be used in addition to, not in replace of, our main products Res-Q 1250 and Res-Q LDL-x2. Psyllium seed husks are a rich source of soluble fiber. Soluble fiber from foods such as psyllium seed husk in Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A single serving of Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber powder (one serving equals a tablespoon) provides a minimum of 3 grams of the 7 grams of the soluble fiber from psyllium seed husks necessary per day to have this effect. Therefore, for heart health, we suggest that our customers take two heaping tablespoons daily. Soluble fiber from certain foods when included in a low saturated fat and cholesterol diet also helps to lower blood total and LDL cholesterol levels.

Soluble fiber from psyllium seed husks have been shown to slow down the rate of carbohydrate absorption. Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber should be used in addition to, not in replace of Res-Q 105, our main product to help maintain a healthy blood sugar level when used as part of the diet.

Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber can also be used as part of your weight loss plan as directed by your physician. You may use a half of an hour prior to a meal to promote a full feeling so that you eat less at meals or a half of an hour after a meal to encourage healthy and timely elimination. Since Res-Q TrimSystem is our main product for weight loss, Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber should be used in addition to Res-Q TrimSystem, not in replace of, for maximum weight loss benefits.

Since fiber encourages regularity, and colon health, Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber may also be used for help with occasional constipation or occasional diarrhea. Psyllium seed husks act as a sponge in the intestinal tract absorbing water, toxins, and waste material allowing for quick and easy elimination. Since Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber is a bulk forming supplement, it can help with occasional diarrhea by absorbing water for healthy, easy and consistent elimination. For chronic or persistent constipation or diarrhea, please consult your physician.
