What products should I take to help maintain a healthy blood sugar level ?

1. First of all, you should take Res-Q 105MAX. Res-Q 105MAX(New) is our primary product to promote blood sugar metabolism. The proprietary pumpkin pentose complex in Res-Q 105MAX is able to support energy metabolism, thereby helping to maintain a healthy blood sugar level, when used as part of a diet plan. Unlike sugar, which requires insulin, pentose, can directly enter cells for energy, and help maintain a healthy blood sugar metabolism.

2. Second of all, Res-Q TrimSystem may help maintain a healthy blood sugar level when used as part of the diet plan, and encourage healthy weight loss. Since Res-Q TrimSystem helps encourage both blood sugar metabolism and body fat loss, Res-Q TrimSystem should be used with Res-Q 105MAX(New). Research establishes a bridge between being overweight and blood sugar. A healthy diet plan may help you loose weight and improve your blood sugar metabolism. Res-Q TrimSystem contains two supplements that you take together according to the label directions: Res-Q TS1 and Res-Q TS2. Res-Q TS1, Res-Q TS2, and dietary guidelines comprise the Res-Q TrimSystem package. Res-Q TrimSystem contains minerals which function as co-factors of insulin. This means that the minerals encourage blood sugar metabolism, a normal healthy bodily function, common to everyone. Since the minerals encourage blood sugar metabolism, the minerals may help maintain a healthy blood sugar level when used as part of the diet. Res-Q TS2 contains a combination of natural, safe, plant extracts, clinically studied and shown to encourage fat breakdown and discourage the formation of body fat. Res-Q TrimSystem may be used with Res-Q 105MAX our primary product for blood sugar metabolism, as a supportive product for both weight loss and blood sugar metabolism.

3. Other products that may support a normal blood sugar function are: Res-Q Mg, Res-Q Land n Sea Fiber, and Res-Q Resveratrol. These products should be used in conjunction with Res-Q 105MAX(New), our primary product for blood sugar metabolism.

Who has low levels of EPA, an omega 3 fatty acid?

A study on 1,390 elderly people, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition this month, found that those exhibiting symptoms of depression had low levels of EPA, an omega-3 fatty acid.

Therefore, those suffering from depression may benefit from omega-3 supplements in order to restore levels of omega-3. Omega-3 fatty acids are called essential because omega-3 must be obtained from diet.

People suffering from depression are not the only group of people that may need more omega-3 fatty acids. Deficiencies in the essential omega-3 fats can easily occur because only from eating omega-3 containing fish can a direct source of omega-3 fatty acids be obtained. Health agencies advise limiting fish intake, so daily intake of omega-3 containing fish is unlikely. Plant and food fortified sources of omega-3 produce low amounts, if any EPA and DHA, the beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, thus hardly providing any sufficient health benefit at all. Most of us are unable to achieve beneficial levels of omega 3 without taking an omega-3 supplement.

Each capsule of Res-Q 1250, a direct source of EPA and DHA, provides 390-430 milligrams of EPA, and 300-325 milligrams of DHA, up to 755mg of pure EPA and DHA combined in just one capsule. Res-Q 1250 is a pure and potent omega-3 supplement, thus benefiting people seeking general health and wellness. Intake of omega-3 is needed to restore optimal levels of omega-3 fatty acids, not only just by those suffering from depression. Omega-3 fatty acids are very good for the health of the brain, and cardiovascular system. Omga-3 fatty acids are recommended by doctors for good health.

Res-Q 105 may help maintain a healthy blood sugar level, when used as part of the diet.

Res-Q 105, an extract of pumpkin, may help maintain healthy beta-cells. The beta-cells are insulin producing cells. Insulin is what allows sugar in the blood called glucose to be metabolized. Pumpkin extracts have been shown in a recent study to help maintain a healthy blood sugar level, encouraging more beta-cells, insulin producing cells, and discouraging damage to the pancreas, thereby helping to maintain a healthy pancreas in its normal, already healthy state. Res-Q 105 may help discourage glucose, from entering the bloodstream. Glycogen, the “glucose storing element”, may be converted into glucose. When this happens, the level of sugar in the blood may rise. Since, Res-Q 105 discourages the conversion of glycogen into glucose, Res-Q 105 may help maintain a healthy blood sugar level when used as part of the diet. The diet can affect blood sugar levels. Use Res-Q 105 as part of the diet to help maintain a healthy blood sugar level.

Res-Q 1250, Omega-3, is good for a weight loss program

Some people on low-fat diets, or I should call the diets, no-fat diets, have inquired about fat grams in Res-Q 1250, concerned that Res-Q 1250 will make them gain weight. However, omega-3 fatty acids actually do the opposite. In fact, we need more of the good omega-3 type fats in our diet. We may be consuming more than the daily recommended amount of fat. However, we need some fat every day in our diet, and some of this fat should be omega-3, preferably from fish oil supplements, the best way to ensure omega-3 intake every day. The type of fat consumed is very important to weight loss. A lack of the essential omega 3 fatty acids, can trigger the body into storing fat. Furthermore, in a randomized controlled trial study, when omega-3 fatty acids were given to women following a fixed weight loss regimen, the women in the omega-3 group experienced a decrease in weight, and body mass. So although 2.8 grams of omega-3 fat was added to the diet plan, the additional fat grams did not make the women gain weight. In fact, the women who added omega-3 to their low calorie diet, actually lost more weight, and decreased their hip size. The type of fat consumed can affect weight loss. If you are following a healthy low calorie plan, taking Res-Q 1250, can only benefit you, and support your weight loss program. Although Res-Q 1250 is a fat, it is a good fat that provides the proper balance of fatty acids for cardiovascular health. If your primary interest is weight loss, try our weight loss product, Res-Q TrimSystem.

Complete Heart Health, Part III

Healthy Arteries: it is more than just cholesterol, the role of the Triglycerides in arterial health.

The Res-Q product line offers a more complete approach to total cardiovascular health. Looking at multiple heart health factors provides more ways to help maintain healthy arteries and a strong heart, for a more complete look, the big picture. The American Heart Association defines triglycerides as, “the chemical form in which most fat exists in food as well as in the body.” Since triglycerides affect the total cholesterol number, you should know your triglyceride number.

Learn more about triglycerides

Scientific evidence demonstrates the effectiveness of the omega-3 fatty acids. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, the results for the fish-oil group were “…triglyceride (-64 percent), as compared with the control diet.” Res-Q customers have been able to continue to maintain triglyceride levels within the normal range, with Res-Q 1250, our safe, and pure omega-3 fatty acid supplement. Res-Q 1250 provides a potency level that would be difficult to achieve otherwise. Our diets may be low in omega-3 fish. Even if we eat fish, it would be difficult to achieve the effective amounts of omega-3 used in the clinical studies, and provided by Res-Q 1250. I recommend that you always buy at least two bottles at a time, and order more when you have a bottle left. Taking the correct dosage, and taking it every day consistently is very important to health maintenance.

What are healthy blood sugar levels?

When used as part of the diet, Res-Q 105MAX may help maintain a healthy blood sugar level.
What are healthy blood sugar numbers?

There are different types of tests for blood sugar.

Fasting Test

If the fasting blood sugar level is 100-125, then you have prediabetes. You may not be diabetic yet, but it is time to do something now before it becomes worse. If the blood sugar is more than 125, then you are diabetic. Some people are diabetic and do not even know it.

Oral Glucose Tolerance Test

A different type of blood sugar test, is a blood sugar tolerance test which is done, after a fast, and two hours after drinking a sugar beverage. If your blood sugar is 140 or more, but less than 200, then you have prediabetes which means you are not diabetic yet, but you are on the way to becoming diabetic, if you do not take action now to help your health.
In summary, what a healthy blood sugar number is will depend on the type of test.

If you do not have diabetes yet, but have been told that you are borderline, now is the time, before it is to late, to ask your doctor what type of lifestyle changes will help save your health.

In addition to any dietary suggestions provided by your doctor, use our all natural product, Res-Q 105, pumpkin pentose, to promote blood sugar metabolism.

When used as part of the diet, Res-Q 105Max may help maintain a healthy blood sugar level.

Complete Heart Health Part II: HDL & Heart Health

Healthy Arteries: the role of good cholesterol, HDL, in arterial health.

The Res-Q product line offers a more complete approach to total cardiovascular health. Looking at multiple factors offers more ways to help maintain healthy arteries.

Do you know your “good cholesterol” number, called HDL? According to The National Institute of Health, “an HDL level less than 40mg is …a major risk factor…” and “the higher, the better.” HDL “picks up” cholesterol in the bloodstream and disposes of it. Having more of it, having a higher number, is a good thing because the good HDL cholesterol helps promote healthy arteries by trying to keep the LDL cholesterol from “building up in the walls of the arteries.”

Although regular exercise helps raise HDL, please first consult your doctor for advice, before attempting an exercise program on your own.

Niacin, (nicotinic acid), has been shown in clinical studies to increase HDL.

Res-Q HDL+, a unique, natural, No-Flush Niacin, is the best form of niacin. Our customers have had health benefits from just 2 capsules per day, one capsule in the AM, and one capsule in the PM. Some doctors recommend more.

Use Res-Q HDL+, with Res-Q 1250, our pure, potent omega-3; omega-3’s and HDL encourage healthy, flexible, elastic arteries, very important when maintaining cholesterol levels that are within the normal range.

Res-Q 1250 is available in capsules or liquid.

Elevated blood sugar can damage the blood vessels

If your blood sugar is currently elevated, you should discuss with your doctor, strategies to lower it.

Res-Q 105, a natural extract of pumpkin, can help maintain a healthy blood sugar level when used as part of the diet. Res-Q 105 is a natural dietary supplement that promotes blood sugar metabolism. If you are not sure what your blood sugar level is, it may be a good time to check it.

Maintaining a healthy blood sugar level is important to maintaining healthy blood vessels. If you are trying to maintain a healthy blood sugar level, along with diet, taking Res-Q Resveratrol, our red wine extract, in addition to Res-Q 105 would be a good idea. Research shows that resveratrol, an active ingredient in red grape skins and red wine, helps maintain healthy blood vessels by minimizing the amount of damage to the blood vessels from high blood sugar.
The most recent research on resveratrol also indicates that resveratrol functions to support insulin function, and in a recent human study, helped support blood sugar function.

Res-Q 105, when used as part of the diet plan, helps maintain a healthy blood sugar level.
Res-Q Resveratrol, should be used in addition to, not in replace of, Res-Q 105, our main primary product to support blood sugar metabolism.

Omega-3 news: omega 3 helps the heart

Omega-3 is good for our heart health. Scientific research studies show over and over again that taking omega-3 can help us live longer.

Recent news confirms that omega-3 is good for the heartbeat. The recent report linked omega-3 fatty acid intake with changes in the heart rate in older adults.

Scientists want to learn more about how omega-3 affects the heart.

Recent research was conducted to see if “habitual consumption of omega-3 fatty acids would be associated with more favorable heart rate variability”, a factor that “…predicts cardiac death and reflects specific electrophysiological pathways and influences.”

Omega-3 fatty acid intake was linked to “…“more optimal” values of various HRV indicies” helping us to see how omega-3’s are good for the heart.

Learn about our omega-3 supplement, Res-Q 1250.

Taking Res-Q Resveratrol ? Clinical studies say resveratrol increases lifespan

Resveratrol was discussed on ABC’s Barbara Walter’s special on anti-aging. Clinical studies show that resveratrol, a natural component of red grape skins, helps regulate the aging process, by a gene called SIRT1, also found in humans.

Have we now found some solutions on how to live longer and stay healthier longer?

The TV show implied that resveratrol may encourage being healthier and living longer. Mice given resveratrol, “lived 30% longer”, did not get ill, and despite being on a high fat diet, lived like a healthy mouse, and did not get heart disease.

The amount of resveratrol used in the studies is far more than the tiny amounts of resveratrol found naturally in red wine, or red grape skins. Res-Q Resveratrol, a red wine extract supplement, provides an amount of resveratrol many times more than the amount of resveratrol found in red grape skins or red wine. Our red wine extract, an ingredient of Res-Q Resveratrol, is not made from the wine. It is made from the red grapes that are used to produce red wine.

As part of a healthy regimen, take Res-Q Resveratrol, a red wine extract, with Res-Q 1250, our omega-3 supplement, and Res-Q CellPower, our antioxidant supplement with Co-Q10, to promote good health and living longer. Both antioxidants and omega-3’s help maintain healthy arteries, and healthy cells, promoting good health and longevity. Based on recent research discoveries, resveratrol supplements should rank as high as omega-3’s and antioxidants.

Omega-3 News: Omega 3, Res-Q 1250, promotes a healthy brain

In a recent study, omega-3 fatty acid DHA increased production of a protein that promotes brain health.

The latest information on omega-3 shows us what omega-3 does in the brain. DHA encourages “production” of a healthy brain promoting protein called LR11. LR11 “reduces amyloid precursor protein”, a protein that is known to harm the brain, involved in beta-amyloid plaque formation.

This study suggests that omega-3 fatty acids, specifically DHA, plays a role in the brain to help maintain a healthy brain and even may help fight off the mild memory loss associated with aging that is common to all of us as we grow older.

Help combat mild memory loss associated with aging with Res-Q 1250, our highly potent, highly purified, safe and effective omega-3 supplement, rich in omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Purchase Res-Q 1250 or call 1-800-26-ALIVE for more information.

What kind of Omega-3 are you getting? Res-Q 1250?

The Center for Science in the Public Interest is concerned that the marketing of omega-3 in foods may be misleading. People who see “omega-3” in foods in the grocery isle may think that they are going to reap the heart healthy rewards of omega-3, when in reality there is so little omega-3 in foods, that you are better off taking a high quality grade fish oil capsule a day than thinking that you can skip the supplement, because the food contains “omega-3”.

In order to reap the rewards of omega-3, especially the well known cardiovascular benefits that you hear about on the radio, TV, and in health newsletters, you need EPA and DHA. Most food labels do not list how much EPA and DHA you are getting. If you are not seeing EPA and DHA on the label, the right type of omega-3 for heart health, then you know that your omega-3 may be worthless. Even if some foods do include omega-3 in the form of EPA and DHA, the active omega-3 fatty acids, the amount is so minimal, that is far below what you need for the established health benefits, making it relatively useless from a science standpoint, providing little or no health benefits at all. Just one capsule of Res-Q 1250, our purified and potent omega-3, contains 390-430mg of EPA and 300-325mg of DHA. Food products do not even contain anywhere near this amount of omega-3.

For benefits like reducing those normal and occasion aches and pain, or maintaining cholesterol levels that are within the normal range, or encouraging healthy triglycerides, research shows that you need 3,000 milligrams of the omega-3 fatty acids “EPA” and “DHA” daily!

Do not be fooled or misled by food labels. Don’t forget to take your omega-3 supplement ! Res-Q 1250, our omega-3 supplement, can be purchased at the link below. You can also place an order by calling us toll free at 1-800-26-ALIVE.
