I know how important sleep is to my health. I always make sure that I get a full night’s sleep, even if it means putting some things off until the next day. I have used Res-Q Sleep when under a lot of stress, and was able to fall asleep, and sleep very well. Sleep is always important to me. I know that for my health, I can not go without it!
